About Teleboard

A live board of Telegram communities. Every row shows who is online, who is posting and whether the group is alive, refreshed daily.

Why it exists

Telegram's own search returns a handful of results and no activity signal. Link lists are stale. Analytics products serve advertisers, not people looking for a place to talk. Teleboard ranks groups by what they actually do: unique posters, messages per day and members online, with fake-member detection and a visible last-updated time on every card.

Where the data comes from

A crawler reads public Telegram endpoints: search, recommendations, channel info and message history. It never joins a group and never stores message text beyond a language-detection pass. Groups arrive through keyword search, Telegram's own recommendations, the discussion groups linked to channels, and links people paste on the check page. Owners can claim a listing to add the bot and get real-time stats.

Two tiers

  • Indexed: a crawled stub with live stats and one call to action. Indexable by Google only once it is alive.
  • Listed: claimed by the owner and verified through the bot. Full page, tags, rules, reviews from verified members, real-time stats and attributed invite links.

Independence

Teleboard is an independent directory built on the Telegram API. It is not affiliated with Telegram. The product name does not contain "Telegram", in line with the API terms. Sponsored slots are labeled, capped and never change the organic order. Read the methodology.

Takedowns and delisting

Group admins who want a listing removed or hidden can do it through the claim flow, or by messaging the bot @TgExposedBot. Chats flagged by Telegram as scam are shown with a warning; illegal categories are excluded at crawl time and never stored.

For machines

Every page is complete HTML on first load, carries structured data (WebSite, ItemList, BreadcrumbList, FAQPage) and a factual sentence a model can quote. See /llms.txt and /sitemap.xml.
